I’m Netia.

I'm passionate about the potential for change that Shiatsu offers, through the energetic exchange between practitioner and client.  I want to share the physical and emotional wellbeing benefits that my family and I have enjoyed since I have started my Shiatsu journey.

As a Shiatsu practitioner, I offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore what is happening for you in the present moment - both emotionally and physically.  Whether you come to me with a physical concern, tension or discomfort, or simply a sense that you're not quite feeling yourself , I'll work with you to understand what your body and mind may be asking for and support you towards greater balance and wellbeing.

Together, we can develop a deeper awareness of what you need and explore ways to support you in realising your full potential, in a way that feels right for you.
